Quality management systems

All products by Vodňanská drůbež, a.s. are produced under constant supervision of the State Veterinary Authority and comply with all requirements for safety and product quality. Our manufacturing plants only process poultry from Czech enclosed farms and the traceability is ensured throughout the production chain and shipping, and up to the final consumer.

We are aware of our customers´ and consumers´ high demands for food quality.

Manufacturing facilities of Vodňanská drůbež, a.s. meet all strict sanitary-veterinary legislative parameters for the Czech Republic and the EU and therefore are authorized to export products to all EU countries.

The observance of strict health, hygiene and high standard of quality requirements in the manufacture are proved by certificates of international quality standards BRC, IFS (since 2006) and certificates of HACCP critical control points (since 2002).International standards - BRC (British Retail Consortium) and IFS (International Food Standards) were developed for clear identification of safety, quality and operational criteria in organizations producing food. The above-mentioned international standards set extra requirements for all stages of food processing after the material leaves the agricultural industry. Every year, all factories go through successful re-certifications of international food standards and HACCP systems.

The processing plants go through an annual external customer audits that are conducted under non-standard requirements of individual customers. Supplier audits are carried out by the other (the customer) or third party (external audit firm).
